Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

One Sky (the “Service”) reads birth details through five symbolic systems — Western astrology, Saju, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Jyotish, and Human Design — and compares them. It offers material for self-reflection and enjoyment.

Chart and calendar calculations follow fixed rules, so the same birth details always give the same result. Interpretations, however, read the symbols of each system; they do not predict the future or guarantee facts. A note that several systems raised the same theme is a count, not a measure of accuracy.

The Service is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or investment, or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional about decisions concerning health, law, or money.

2. Accounts

• You must be 14 or older to register. Age is not checked at sign-up, but an account found to belong to a child under 14 is deleted.
• Use an email address you actually use. Your display name may be a nickname.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you suspect someone else is using your account, tell us at once through the contact email. Until that email is published, you can download the reports you need and then delete the account with “Delete account permanently” on the “Account” screen.
• Accounts may not be transferred or lent to anyone else.
• You may close your account at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use another person's account or try to access another account's information
• enter another person's information without the right to do so
• disrupt the Service by sending excessive requests with automated tools
• bypass security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
• break the law or infringe the rights of others

4. Information you enter

Rights in the birth details and personalized input you enter remain yours. The operator stores and processes them only as far as needed to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

When you enter another person's information, you must have the necessary right, for example by telling them and getting their agreement, and you are responsible for doing so.

5. Intellectual property

Rights in the Service's software, design, and content such as interpretation text and explanations belong to the operator or the rightful owners.

You may save, print, and show your own reports for personal purposes. You may not copy the Service's content in bulk or redistribute it commercially.

6. Changes to and suspension of the Service

The operator may change the Service or discontinue some features. The Service may also pause briefly for maintenance or because of a fault.

If the whole Service is to be shut down, this will be announced in the Service at least 30 days in advance, and you will be able to download your stored information during that time.

7. Restricting use

If you breach these terms, the operator may restrict your use or close your account after notifying you. Where there is an urgent risk of harm to other users or the Service, the operator may act first and notify you afterwards.

8. Limitation of liability

The operator is not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of an interpretation, or for their consequences.

The operator is not liable when the Service cannot be provided for reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or outages at external service providers.

This section does not apply to damage caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence, or where applicable law does not allow liability to be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

Changes are announced in the Service at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days for changes that disadvantage users. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you may close your account.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the Service are settled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
